THE STORY CONTINUES...

That grumpy bugger - Doc Martin - is back for a fifth series in 2011. The story picks up after the birth of Martin and Louisa's son. Will Martin return to his post as Portwenn's GP? Will fatherhood help the Doc to mellow? Will he and Louisa play happy families? Of course not! The road to happiness will no doubt be fraught with an array of delightfully entertaining challenges.

The Doc Martin Series 5 Blog follows the progress of Series 5 from filming to post-episode dissection, and everything in between. It will endeavour to keep you up-to-date with all that's happening in and around Portwenn.

Mr Fowley at Filming...

Mr.Fowley is a pretty special dog who is on a mission to raise as much money as possible for the charity 'Childrens Hospice South West' so they can build a children's hospice in Cornwall. Mr Fowley visited the set of Doc Martin on the 11th April.

    Nice dog - not sure about the hat though.
    And it's about time that that suit had a dry clean - it's looking somewhat less than sharp.

    I think the dog pulls of the hat more successfully than most humans could!
    Perhaps you should pop down to Port Isaac with your Sard WonderStick SR and give the suit a quick once over!
